Be universally respected (anyone would do anything for you, like throw their life savings at you and kill their best friend if you simply mentioned it would be cool) keep in mind you are limited by human progression, but you could also stop all world conflicts and unite the world’s best minds. Might wanna mention you’re immobile, pee in a tube, and live in constant physical agony.

Be all-powerful. I mean Dr. Manhattan level power. But just like him, you can’t change human nature and opinion, nor can make much sense of it. You’re seen as nothing but a threat like defcon 1, both keeping you around and (trying) getting rid of you is seen as equally dangerous. You obviously couldn’t have friends if you tried, because you’d be converted into a superior being who wouldn’t become friends with a human just as we wouldn’t become friends with an ant, no, the bacteria on that ant. You can basically do whatever you want with the caveat that nobody will ever likely witness it without going insane nor will you be happy. The constant agony here is mental anguish, not physical.
